Q. How far in advance should I make my reservation?
A. As soon as you know your travel details you should go ahead and place your order to assure we will have availability! We do occasionally run out!
Q. How does BOV ensure my rentals will be clean and safe?
A. All BOV equipment is cleaned and sanitized between each rental. In addition, all items will be delivered either in plastic or a box. We assure you that our items will be clean and ready for your child. We ask that you treat our items with care and clean them up when necessary.
We use brand name items that you will recognize!
Q. We will be staying at a private residence, can delivery be made prior to arrival? Can items be picked up after departure?
A. Yes we deliver to private residences, villas, condos, resorts and hotels. Please be VERY specific with the address, we must be able to get these things to you!
As for the timing - we guarantee that the items will be there before standard check-in time (4pm) - so they may be waiting for you when you arrive. Items must be packaged and ready for pick up by 10am on the day of departure!!
Q. Is there a minimum rental amount?
A. Yes. $75.00. We require this because we do offer free delivery; so we have to make it worth the time and gas to get the items to you and pick then up again.
Do we have to be there when you deliver the products?
No! If you are staying at a hotel or resort we will leave the items for you, under the reservation name (Please be sure the reservation name is on the hotel or resort check in list). We will leave the items with the bellman. In addition, we will have the items delivered by 4pm - the same time most hotels allow guests to check in. So everything should be waiting for you when you arrive!!!
If you are staying at a private residence, rental home, villa, etc. just be sure to give us the exact address and we can leave the items out back for you. They will be wrapped in a light plastic so you do not have to worry about damage if it should rain! If the place where you are staying has a check in counter (like many condos in the area) we can simply leave your items there. Just please make a note in the additional comments box on the order form.
How do we get the items back to Babies on Vacations?
Simple! Just wrap the items in the plastic they arrived in and leave them in the same location. Either with the bellman if you are staying at a hotel/resort; or with the front desk or an area by the front or back door of whichever residence/villa/condo you are staying. So, we will pick them up exactly where we left them.
